Suspension system for building cladding trays
Rabel 1100 is a suspension system for hanging cladding trays in buildings. Usually the trays are made out of aluminium sheet or composite sheets. Making use of this system is possible to construct double ventilated facades.
The system is based on a channel profile on which multiple cassettes can be clipped without the need to plan for them in advance. The cassettes have the possibility to slide vertically thus allowing for the hanging and the subsequent locking in position of the cladding trays. The cassette pivots are covered with plastic bushes to avoid any creaking noise while the building expands and contracts. The channel profile is provided with an adjustable wall bracket so as to allow for easy alignment in compensating for the building inaccuracies.
