Rabel 65 super thermal is a slim system designed for landmark buildings that are characterised by fine aesthetics and innovation. The size of the leaf has been engineered to have the smallest size possible while keeping a high level of thermal performance. Through the use of thick crossections as well as a selection of internal and external fins it has been made possible to reach heights up to 6 meters. The system comes with a selection of double and quarto adjustable rollers made out of stainless steel reaching up to a leaf weight of 1200 Kg. The largest part of the leaf is submerged into the frame thus reducing the visible part to less than 19mm. It also comes with an integrated drainage channel which allows the track to be fully recessed into the floor while keeping the water permeability unchanged.


The Rabel 65 Super Thermal has an exceptionally high performance in water tightness as well as air permeability which is not typical of slim systems. Unlike most slim systems that use brush to seal, Rabel 65 Super thermal is using a Rabel developed technology known as ‘PRO-seal’. This technology is based on an adjustable compression Epdm gasket that progressively seals the panel as it moves along. Since the sealing action is only engaged while the leaf is on its closing travel it minimizes the amount of sliding friction. The result is heavy panels that slide effortlessly over long distances. In cases of multiple leafs sealing force is only applied to one panel at a time thus enabling easy sliding.


Being a state of the art product suited for special projects it is customisable to make a variety of uncommon typologies like sliding + fixed frameless, sliding + hinged, Sliding + Spider/Curtainwall etc. while always keeping the dimensions slim. It is also able to do corners without post and combo configurations like sliding integrated with railing and shading devises both internal and external.
