CHARCO were very cooperative and showed special attention to the old people staying at Girokomio so not to trouble them that much during installation. they also responded immediately to a problem we had with a lock. It, however, took them a lot of time to get the parts ready; the "curve" parts for they don't have the special machinery. Overall, we are satisfied.
